How much we charge for design?

• We do not charge for design and pmc service (site visit, planning, 3d views, project management service) for turnkey projects.

• Interior design service - Rs. 5 to Rs. 30 per sft (complete service including, Cad drawings, 3D, Execution support)

• Architectural drawing - Rs. 5 to Rs. 30 per sft. (complete service including, Cad drawings, 3D, Execution support)

How much do we charge for execution?

How much do we charge of visits?

• Visiting charges are not applicable for any location.

• For outstation visits charges will be as applicable.

What are our payment terms?

• Our Payment terms are negotiable, for projects quotations more than 3.5 L we follow 15 days payment process-

• Execution payment will be as per progress at different phases.

Where do we serve in India?

• We provide design service all over India. 

• We provide interior execution service only in West Bengal.

• We provide Architectural execution service all over India.
